Zac Kittle, Owner/CEO
As a fourth-generation builder I know how difficult the mortgage process can be. I knew there had to be a better way and I started on my quest to build a better mortgage company. The process of buying a home should be an exciting time in someone’s life. I have seen so many buyers happy and excited only to end up feeling stressed and frustrated.
Southern Prime Lending was born out of my desire to make the process more personable, stress free and convenient. Our loan originators are all local. They are here to walk you through the process and will even come to you. We know how important it is to keep the lines of communication open and to keep you informed. We are committed to providing personal service that makes home buying a pleasure.

David Pringle, CFO
David has been in the financial and customer service industry for over 15 years. He has worked for small independent mortgage companies as well banking institutions. Service and communication are very important to him and that is why he choose to be back with a smaller company. David's mission at Southern Prime Lending is to make the experience of Homeownership an easy and transparent process.
Heather Anderson, Loan Officer
Heather Anderson is a Georgia native. For the past two decades, she has run a successful self-employed business relying solely on customer referrals for growth. Families are her business. Heather joined Southern Prime Lending in August of 2019 as a "Loan Originator." Heather will strive to deliver the best experience for your family to make homeownership a reality.
Robert Mack, Loan Officer
Robert brings a wealth of customer relations knowledge from three decades of automotive experience. He has decided to join Southern Prime Lending in the capacity of a Loan Originator. Knowing the importance of customer satisfaction an and understanding of financing and accuracy of information, he will assist in making sure our clients enjoy a pleasant buying experience through our transparent process by making home ownership an enjoyable process with Southern Prime Lending.
